I discovered a crack in the front corner of my brick home. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Geddie when Mount Valley corrected a sagging corner of my neighbors home, and asked Chris to look at my situation. He came with an entire set of state-of-the-art measuring tools, and recommended support of my foundation where the crack had occurred. The 3 man technical team the Service leader, Juan, dispatched, led by Foreman Oscar Mota, came and installed four piers supporting the foundation, which helped close the crack in the wall substantially. Mount Valley's warrantee has given me the piece of mind that I will not be bothered by foundation issues for life. Oscar and his team did a fantastic, quick, and very clean installation, and left my property in great shape. The team went the extra mile to clean up and restore the site to it's original appearance. I rarely write reviews but I just had to rave about Ajeet Ryatt of JES Foundation. I'm experiencing interior cracking and was afraid there was a foundation issue. From the moment he arrived Ajeet was the model of professionalism. He explained the evaluation process and answered all of my questions. Thankfully, my issue was not related to the foundation. Of course I would never wish foundation issues on anyone but in the event you need foundation repair, I highly recommend JES and Ajeet.

I had a great experience with AFS for my crawlspace encapsulation. Alex who did the inspection was detailed and personable. I got the pricing up front, which was notably less expensive than another major competitor. They scheduled the job relatively quickly, were on time and professional. Communication was quick and thorough. Kenneth, Jose, and Bryant did a great job with the encapsulation and finished it in one day. I am grateful to AFS for their services!

I called for a quote because I have sidewalks all around my 1915 home that are in very bad shape and heaving in several places as well as a washed out area of sidewalk that sunk about 5". They came out and gave me a quote within a week. I had questions and the owner came to my home at 8:00 on a Saturday morning to discuss the areas he had included in his proposal. Two days later they came out and did the work. They were on time and did exactly everything that they said they were going to do. I'm very impressed with Chris and Barb at Top Notch. I didn't get Chris's technician's name that came out with him but he seemed friendly and worked hard the entire time as well. I will definitely refer people I know to Top Notch. Very impressed!
