Brandon and his crew were wonderful to work with. We had pretty extensive movement in our foundation, and Brandon was knowledgeable and took the time to carefully explain all of our options and how each would look. He and his crew were communicative and professional. Our biggest fear was that our new kitchen granite counters would crack in the lifting, but Brandon and his crew were extremely mindful of the situation, taking extra care and nothing cracked. Mark arrived exactly when he said he would and took time to explain what the estimate would entail. He asked questions and then did an in depth evaluation of the crawl space. After the evaluation, he showed me pictures and explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy for me to understand and was completely non-judgmental (my crawl space is…bad). He then explained my options and the pricing and payment options and was incredibly kind and understanding when I said I needed time to figure out the financing of the projects. There was no pressure whatsoever and I look forward to having Mark and his team fix my foundation/crawl space once I can secure the money!

Tony Marlowe was the serviceman who service my system. Very professional, takes time to answer questions and explains what the process is. I’ve used AFS for encapsulating my crawl space, support system and a sumo pump after years of trying others. I am well pleased with AFS and recommend.

Working with Dan Heath was excellent. He came, assessed our issue and sat down to go over his findings. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail and showed us what set FSM apart from other companies. He went through everything in great detail on how to prepare and set up for crew to come in and work. I also want to point out how nice and enthusiastic the crew was. They worked a very hard, long day and were polite and kind the whole day despite the cold temperatures. I have already recommended the company to others as we are very satisfied with the process from initial assessment to completed work.
