What a great company ! From Dean Faulkenberry, certified field inspector, understanding and explaining what needed to be done to level my manufactured home, to the work crew of Greg, the foreman and his crew William ( woody) and Jeff. Got the job completed in one day, the workers showed up on time, were professionals the whole time, not one complaint, just put their heads down and got to work. I cannot rave enough about the company and the aforementioned gentlemen in this review. It was nice to witness that Customer Service is still alive and a priority to this company. Was a great experience !!!! RC Jones

I recently had Groundworks come out to fix a leak in my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and extremely well organized. They worked with a real sense of urgency while still paying close attention to detail. They kept everything clean throughout the process and made sure the work area was tidy before they left. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Groundworks to anyone dealing with basement or foundation issues — they made a stressful situation much easier to handle!

I had a leak in the basement about a year after installation. I called Ray Dean, who was courteous and prompt and made the repair quick and easy. I appreciate all that Ray did to ensure that the warranty was honored. His team did a great job and answered all of my questions. They added a crock in the middle portion of the basement to solve the issue. Great teamwork, and shout out to Ray! 2026 Thought we had another leak but that was not the case. Jason Miller from OBA came out and tested things and was fantastic. He found an old PVC pipe was leaking. He sealed it for us and did a stress test, all is working perfectly fine. Great job Jason!

Rene came out and had a look at some foundation cracks we discovered. Walked us through the damage, the impact and options. Was professional, helpful, provided advice on items outside the scope of the work and ultimately advises that fixing it was not needed. No trying to upsell or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about the subject. Extremely appreciative and will be my first call if any new issues arise.

The Groundworks’ team was amazing. The Forman would call to let me know when they will be arriving for the day, and when they were done for the day, they would let me know how their progress went and answer any questions that I might have. Case Studies
“We had our crawlspace encapsulated. Katie, our inspector, was very professional and spent a lot of time with us explaining the encapsulation process. She also responded immediately to our phone calls after we signed up! Jesse, Micah and Nick were our installers. They were great, worked hard, organized and polite. They explained everything we wanted to know during the process. They were neat (cleaned up everything). They were a great team. Thanks guys. So far, so good!”
