⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but Taylor Smith with Aquaguard absolutely deserves one. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service he provided was truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Taylor was punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure every question I had was answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and making sure the customer feels confident in the work being done. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. Aquaguard should be proud to have someone like Taylor representing their company. If you have the chance to work with him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommend!

The crew, led by Mr. Mark Vargas, was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently to complete the two-day job on time, as they originally told me. They kept me informed every step of the way and did a fantastic job cleaning up the site once the work was completed. I included two pictures of the side crack to my home to show the before and after. The first picture was taken about a day before the system was installed. It clearly shows how my key went through the crack. The key just glided through with no effort. The second picture was taken the same day the installation was completed. I could not get any part of the key through the gap. The supervisor, Mr. Nathan, showed up a few weeks later to help me understand the plane readings. I highly recommend!

We initially went with a “cheaper” service and it was just that, cheap! AquaGuard came in and turned the encapsulation around into a working sealed crawl space. Shawn Haley was the rep who came out and explained our needs & quoted the job; he worked to get us the best price possible, and we were truly grateful for that. Kurt, Joseph, & Matt did the actual encapsulation and were here on time, very respectful, and explained the process, completing the job. The whole process with AquaGuard was great & we’ve already recommended them to others! We would say, go to the experts first and let them do the job!
