They constantly communicated what they were doing and proceeded with care as if it was their own home. We are extremely satisfied with their work. Great group of guys and would recommend them to anyone!!!!! Our garage could have collapsed at any minute and they were so careful to make sure they and my family were both safe.

Will, Ryan, Jake and Hunter worked 18 hours at my home on a Saturday to mitigate water intrusion and further damage. Everyone on the team was polite, professional and careful with my home. Chris Trevitz was at my house today for a maintenance visit, and my gosh, was he ever great! He was cheerful, considerate, helpful and so personable. He really knows his stuff, and answered every question I had with amazing patience. He took the filter out of my dehumidifier, replaced it after I cleaned it, and wouldn't accept a tip. Then as he was leaving he noticed that my doorknob was loose and needed tightening, and fixed it for me! What a kind soul. A gentle giant who blessed me today with his help and a big smile! High five! One of a kind 😇

I want to give a big thank you to Miles and his crew. He did an exceptional job in my crawl space, by answering all my questions and providing the details I needed to understand the process. He also took time to fix some issues in my basement that was done by a previous crew in 2020 which didn’t do a good job, but Miles came in and fix everything that was needed. Back story; Back in 2020 I hired BQ to do my basement, they didn’t do a good job to be honest. A lot of calling back and trying to get it done. Today I needed some work done on my crawl space. I was thinking a lot because of my bad experience. But with Groundworks in charge. I decided to call again. Josh K. Did our quote explain the work and also said he will take care of my basement as well. He kept his word, I was very untrusted and nervous but he had patience to answer my calls and promised he will come back after our foundation issue recover from the amount of moisture it has suffered to ensure it’s in a good stage. He understand our worries and was able to help us out. He ensure he sent one of his best crew to do to work and I will tell you I am happy for now with the work. We will wait until October for him to come back and review the crawl space with us.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and clear in the details of the work that would take place and presented price options for the work that I wanted to get done on my driveway and entryway. Brendan took the time to listen to my concerns as a homeowner and in understanding that this was going to be a huge investment in my home, he was able to offer the best price. I truly appreciated the communication (email & text) the day before my appointment to confirm the date/time still worked for me and also the call before his arrival. The follow up with the date/time to schedule the actual job was immediate and very accommodating to my work schedule. Thank you Brendan!
