We haven’t had our work completed so we will come back and address any concerns “if” we run into issues. What I can say is Doug Helfrich has really helped and educated us on the project we are taking underway. He came out quickly and was very prompt with a response/bid which was appreciated as we were under contract to sell the home. He even came out a second time when we wanted to get something else addressed as well. On a Sunday at that! He was very prompt with phone calls and text messages and while waiting for our project has kept in touch to keep us updated. My dad is a hvac guy and Doug reminds me so much of him. Educating us, taking the time for small talk, just letting us know it’s a not a huge project they could handle it and do it all the time. He made me feel like we were one of his kids the way he spoke with us and has taken care of us. We hope the install process goes as smoothly as the bid/project assessment.

I am very pleased with the service of Mount Valley foundations. My service men who are: William Cheek, Rashad Hayward and Aveion Jacobs did an excellent job. When they arrived here exactly on the time that they said they were going to be here I felt confident this was going to be a good experience. Mr. Cheek communicated with me throughout the whole process. After about 4 hours they were completed. He came inside my house and made sure everything was level as well as cleaned up their mess outside. He was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. If I have any other problems again, I will call Mount valley foundations.

I noticed more cracks after I had major underground plumbing done last year. So I made an online appt for Groundworks to do a free estimate of my foundation. Gary Adams came out. He explained Groundworks history and did a thorough in-house and perimeter inspection. Later he sat down with my senior mom and I and to explain every measurement in detail with a diagram of my home and he showed a few videos and explained the payment options. Gary was very personable and patient with both us in all our questions to make sure we understood. Before the foundation repair work was done, Groundworks worked with a local Plumber to do a pre test on my plumbing. The installation team of LJ, Lee, Nike and Jalen worked well together. Before the work was done, LJ explained the digging process and allowed my mom and I to ask questions before and during the process. Unfortunately, my main water line was hit but Groundworks, specifically, Clem, helped us through the process of getting our water back on and a place to stay while it was being fixed. Everyone was sincerely apologetic. Despite the hiccup, Groundworks did a great job. The employees I talked to were helpful & responsive. Even my inquisitive neighbor was impressed with their work. Now I'm just waiting on the post plumbing test to make my contract complete.

I discovered a crack in the front corner of my brick home. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Geddie when Mount Valley corrected a sagging corner of my neighbors home, and asked Chris to look at my situation. He came with an entire set of state-of-the-art measuring tools, and recommended support of my foundation where the crack had occurred. The 3 man technical team the Service leader, Juan, dispatched, led by Foreman Oscar Mota, came and installed four piers supporting the foundation, which helped close the crack in the wall substantially. Mount Valley's warrantee has given me the piece of mind that I will not be bothered by foundation issues for life. Oscar and his team did a fantastic, quick, and very clean installation, and left my property in great shape. The team went the extra mile to clean up and restore the site to it's original appearance. If you need foundation help, you will not go wrong with Mount Valley Foundation Services!

The crew was professional and outstanding. The work was done in timely fashion, photos were provided for before and after. We walked the house perimeter together to address any questions I had. In addition to doing quality work, they went out of their way to be kind and helpful to my elderly mother. My dog escaped the yard while they were there – definitely not the crews fault. The crew lead walked with my mother to retrieve the dog so that she wouldn't risk falling. In my opinion that spoke volumes about character!!! I will be sure to recommend Groundworks to anyone I know needing foundation repair or raising.

He is truly a gentleman Who knows his business. He understands the needs of our church and he was incredibly thorough in his investigation. He had to crawl into the crawlspace and the basement area below the sanctuary. In addition he to me a very in-depth understanding of our potential options. This experience has been easy and efficient. Parker came and evaluated our home and worked up an estimate for service the same day. Then Christian, Rick, Hayden and Teagan actually came and did the work. They were so kind and professional. They took the time to answer any questions fully and invited us to see the work as it was being completed. They also completely cleaned up when they left, including taking all of the old concrete trash with them. This was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this service!
