Andrew and Ben came out to my place to fill in below the concrete in my garage. They communicated when they were coming and then introduced themselves as soon as they arrived. They asked if I had any questions before starting their work. They ended up doing a little then originally planned at no cost because they could tell one side of the garage had more settling under the concrete. They cleaned up the area before leaving.

Grant was very knowledgeable, timely, and professional. He showed me how FRS can transform my crawl space from a dingy, musty, moldy area to one that’s tidy, clean, and dry. He showed me how they can keep it that way for years to come by installing various drainage options, subterraneous pumps, vapor barriers & even dehumidifiers. I feel we came up with a good plan of attack and a great solution to my problem. I highly recommend giving Grant a call with Foundation Recovery Systems to see what he can do for you!

I hired AquaGuard to stabilize my foundation and waterproof my basement and their crew was awesome! Very respectful and explained the process to my full understanding. Found issues that weren't uncovered until the paneling was removed and we were able to get everything handled and stabilized with my home. The job was major but with the professionalism of Joseph, Nick and Kavon and their work ethics I can rest assured the work was completed with team work and integrity!

I wanted to write a review because I’ve had multiple companies come out and do similar work, and Groundworks has by far done the best job. There were two guys in particular Ethan and Seth who did an amazing job. It seemed like Seth was training Ethan, and everything went smoothly; the finished work looks beyond perfect. Seth was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing, and Ethan was friendly and seemed to be learning quickly and retaining a lot of information. I did ask who the main crew lead was, and he wasn’t on-site most of the time. When he was there briefly, my wife mentioned he was often on his phone, so I’m not entirely sure of his involvement. From what we saw, Seth appeared to be the one really running the job. My wife even mentioned wanting Seth & Ethan back for future work, but I’d be hesitant to have the same crew again if the main lead continues to be absent most of the time and making outside life on his phone more important than work itself. That said, Seth and Ethan were outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. I’ve already referred a few friends to ask for them specifically at Groundworks in SeaTac. Thank you, Seth and Ethan, for your hard work and professionalism we truly appreciate it!

Mount Valley Foundation did a wonderful job on our crawl space. From the beginning, Clint was very easy to understand & gave us affordable options. The encapsulation only took 3 days & the crew finished up the third evening at 7:00 pm, just in time before Helene came. Our home usually would have flooded during a storm like this, but with Mount Valleys installation of the draining pipes, the water was pumped out successfully. The crew that did the installation was wonderful as well, thank you to Donovan Rougeaux, Isaiah Davis, & Cory Phillips for the quick installation.
